The Public Health Center of Excellence-Dementia Caregiving (PHCOE-DC) is excited to announce an upcoming webinar, “Building Systems for Comprehensive Dementia Care: Opportunities for Public Health to Support Implementation of the CMS Guide Model”! The goal of this public health-centered webinar is to introduce the CMS GUIDE Model, and discuss ways in which public health agencies can support local implementation of GUIDE, especially related to family caregiver support and education. On Monday, December 9, we will share the experiences of Tennessee and Rhode Island.
