In celebration of Aging Life Care™ Month in May, ALCA invites allied professionals working in the field of aging to participate in a group conversation on partnering together with an Aging Life Care Manager® to better serve your clients.
This conversation session is designed for professionals looking to forge connections, mutually support clients, and work collaboratively to meet the needs of those we serve.
Registration is free, but space is limited to the first 25 participants. The conversation will be facilitated by an experienced Aging Life Care Manager, sometimes referred to as a geriatric care manager. Participants are encouraged to register one member of their practice for this 45-minute session.
