Presenters:
Jennifer Hammer is the Assistant Director for the Aging and Disability Vaccination Collaborative (ADVC) at USAging.
Ann G. Brodie is the Vice President of Clinical and Compliance Services for Active Day in Trevose, PA. She has worked in aged care at both non-profit and private healthcare organizations in the United States and Internationally since 2005. She has also been an Associate Professor with the University of South Carolina teaching master’s level health assessment. She is currently a certified and licensed Family Nurse Practitioner in South Carolina and Australia specializing in Adult and Aged Health Care.
